Roos ten Vregelaar

Since June 2024, I have started at TEN HAVE Change Management. After several years of consultancy in HR and organizational design, I was looking forward to a new step.

After completing a master’s in HR at Erasmus University and a master’s in Business Administration at the University of Twente with a focus on strategy and innovation, I began in 2020 as a consultant and project leader. I have supported various clients in mapping out processes and defining the responsibilities of functions and roles within their organizations.

My desire for broader challenges, coupled with an interest in strategy execution and transformation, makes TEN HAVE an ideal organization consultancy firm for me to continue developing. I gain energy from collaborating with colleagues and clients on complex organizational and change management challenges, bringing a creative and innovative approach combined with conceptual thinking and a drive to create clear solutions. Clients and colleagues know me for my positive energy and curiosity, which I use to foster genuine connections.
