Reinier Simon Thomas

I have been working at TEN HAVE Change Management since February 2022. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Organizational Sciences at Utrecht University and a master’s degree in Public Administration at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, with a specialization in the management of societal organizations.

From 2016 I fulfilled various roles at network company Alliander within the field of strategic environmental management. The last three years I worked as a management consultant for the CEO. I worked together with the board on political administrative issues regarding the sustainable energy system of the future. This required that the organization needed to transform into an agile, decisive and cost-efficient organization whilst working together with the partners in the ecosystem. Based on this experience I made a conscious and aimed decision to deepen and broaden my knowledge about change management at TEN HAVE Change Management.
