Meio Kooi

I have been working as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management since September 2023. Before that, I also completed my graduation internship at TEN HAVE Change Management. At the time, I was working on my master’s degree in Social Health and Organizational Psychology, track: Work & Organization at Utrecht University. During my internship, I was able to participate in various internal projects in the field of behavior, culture and leadership.

Before I started my master’s degree, I completed a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, also at Utrecht University. I hope to be able to contribute to the further development of change management for TEN HAVE from an interdisciplinary approach.
