Luca Zwaan

Since September 2024, I have been working as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management. Prior to this, I completed an internship and conducted graduation research on digital healthcare transformation, focusing on the role of middle management in a hospital.

After completing a bachelor’s in Governance and Organizational Science at Utrecht University, I graduated with a master’s in Digitalization in Work and Society from Erasmus University. During this study, I realized the crucial role of change management in digital transformations, which sparked my interest in complex organizational change. I look forward to gaining broader knowledge and experience by working on diverse and challenging projects at TEN HAVE Change Management.
