Lianne de Bie

Since May 2023, Lianne de Bie has been working as an organizational consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management. Lianne is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Stichting De Noordzee. Lianne is also an active part of Network 2100 of the Impact Economy Foundation, where she is committed to realizing more guidance on broad prosperity from the boardrooms.
Lianne was previously director of the non-profit organization Slow Food Youth Network Netherlands. She was also the initiator of the Groenpact Youth Platform and co-founder of the social enterprises Locals Utrecht and De Seizoensarbeiders. In these roles, she has championed sustainable change and inclusive decision-making in the food and agriculture sectors. These experiences awakened her interest in change management and stimulated her to further develop in this field as an organizational consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management.
Lianne studied Land & Water Management at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, and added to her studies with a master’s degree in Earth & Environment at Wageningen University.
