Joris Kuppens

Since 2020, I am working as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management. I studied Organization Studies at Tilburg University. My graduation research “the influence of trust in a consultancy process” has been published in Management & Consulting. From 2012, I worked as a consultant at a research and consultancy agency for healthcare. There, I learned various facets of the consultancy profession and discovered that I wanted to specialize in change management in multiple sectors. The intriguing aspect of change management is the combination of a broad range of disciplines that are represented in both hard and soft components.
