I have been working as an organizational consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management since March 2023. In recent years I have worked in various line- and management positions and I have served on several external collaborative organisations/networks.
My career started in 2001 after I completed the HRM degree and started working as a consultant in the field of organizational development and HR. First as an independent advisor (Willemse & Partners) and later at BDO Accountants & Adviseurs. Here I learned to advise organizations on a wide range of personnel and organizational issues.
After these educational years as an advisor, I switched to Delta NV, later DNWG and Stedin. I started at Delta NV in 2007 as HR Manager and became responsible for the HR departments & activities of the Delta NV divisions in 2011 as Group HR Manager. In 2014, I moved to a line management position as Customer & Market Manager at DNWG (80 FTE), where I became responsible for coordination with all external parties of DNWG. During this period, I helped develop the first Regional Energy Strategy (RES) in the Netherlands and concluded it together with more than 100 parties. At the beginning of 2020, as Director of Operations (400 FTE), I became responsible for all activities of the Stedin Group in Zeeland.
