I have been working at TEN HAVE Change Management since September 2022. Before this I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Organizational Sciences and my master’s degree in Culture, Organization and Management at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam.
Before this, I worked at TEN HAVE Change Management for about a year as a member of the research team for the book ‘Organizational Behaviour and Change Management: The Impact of Cognitive and Social Bias’. In this way I slowly got acquainted with the organization and the concept of change management. By combining my work in the research team with my studies, I realised that I am particularly interested in the role that culture and behavior play within organization-wide integrations of plans. Due to the diversity of the assignments at TEN HAVE Change Management, I am keen to learn about all other aspects of change management and the challenges that I will face!
