I started working as a consultant at TEN HAVE Change Management in January 2022. Before this I studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration in 2018. After this I completed my master’s degree in Organizational Change & Consulting in 2019.
After these two studies, I started working at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences as a policy officer and project manager. I worked on an organization-wide program to improve study results. During the process, I was able to supervise and guide several study programmes. Those two years taught me a lot about the practical side of change management (in a large organization), including the importance of good leadership, the required preconditions for realizing change, and the general challenge of bringing about change. In addition, I gained experience with various parts of a change process, from diagnosing to performing interventions. With a people-oriented approach I have always committed myself to achieving the best results together with the clients.
My experience at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences increased my fascination with change management and I became curious as to how other organizations deal with it. At TEN HAVE Change Management I am challenged and given the opportunity to further specialize in the field of change management, which means that I dedicate myself with great enthusiasm to the office, my colleagues, and the clients.
